Scores are algorithmic opinions generated by an AI system using publicly available information. They reflect our analysis of AI disruption risk — they are not ratings, recommendations to buy or sell any security, or predictions of future company performance.

Do not make investment, employment, or business decisions based solely on scores from this site. Always consult qualified professionals and conduct your own due diligence. aidisrupt.fyi is not a registered investment adviser and is not affiliated with any financial regulatory body.

Scores are generated using AI analysis of publicly available data including news articles, earnings reports, LinkedIn data, and other sources. We make no warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any score or analysis on this site.

AI analysis can contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. Company circumstances change rapidly — a score from last month may not reflect current reality. If you believe a score is materially inaccurate, you may request a review by using the contact link below.

All content on aidisrupt.fyi — including but not limited to the scoring methodology, risk framework, company analysis text, visual design, and compiled dataset — is the intellectual property of aidisrupt.fyi and is protected by copyright law.

You may:

• View and share individual company scores with attribution to aidisrupt.fyi
• Reference our data in articles, research, or commentary with a link back to the source

You may not:

• Scrape, harvest, or systematically download our data for commercial use without written permission
• Reproduce or republish our analysis text in bulk without attribution
• Create competing products using data primarily sourced from aidisrupt.fyi
• Sell, license, or sublicense our data to third parties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, aidisrupt.fyi and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or reliance on any information presented here.

This includes, without limitation, losses from investment decisions, employment choices, business decisions, or any other action taken based on scores or analysis from this site.

You agree not to use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to systematically access or download content from this site beyond normal search engine indexing. Bulk data access requires prior written consent.

We reserve the right to block access to any user or entity that violates these terms.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly.

aidisrupt.fyi is designed to collect as little personal data as possible.

• Email address (newsletter subscribers only): If you voluntarily subscribe to our weekly newsletter, we collect your email address solely to send you the digest. See Section 8 below for full details.
• Page views: We record which company pages are viewed along with a one-way hashed IP address (we cannot reverse this to identify you). Raw IP addresses are never stored.
• Theme preference: Your light/dark mode choice is stored in your browser's localStorage only. It never leaves your device.
• Analysis requests: If you request analysis of a company, we store the company name you submitted. No personal information is collected with this request.
• Server logs: Our hosting provider (Vercel) and database provider (Supabase) may retain standard server logs including IP addresses for security and operational purposes, per their own privacy policies.

• We do not require account registration
• We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies
• We do not collect names, phone numbers, or payment information
• We do not build user profiles or track you across other websites
• We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with any third party for marketing purposes

Hashed page view data is used solely to understand which companies and industries are most frequently viewed, so we can prioritize analysis efforts. This data is never sold, shared with advertisers, or used to identify individuals.

We use the following third-party services to operate this site:

• Vercel — hosting and serverless functions. Subject to Vercel's Privacy Policy.
• Supabase — database storage. Subject to Supabase's Privacy Policy.
• Anthropic (Claude API) — AI analysis. Company names are submitted for analysis. Subject to Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
• Beehiiv — newsletter delivery and subscriber management (newsletter subscribers only). Email addresses are stored on Beehiiv's servers. Subject to Beehiiv's Privacy Policy.

Depending on your location, you may have rights under GDPR (EU/UK), CCPA (California), or other applicable privacy laws, including the right to access, correct, or delete data associated with you.

Because we store only hashed IP addresses (not your name or email), we may not be able to identify or retrieve records specifically associated with you. If you have a privacy request, contact us at the email below and we will make reasonable efforts to assist.

Hashed page view data is retained for up to 12 months for analytics purposes and then deleted. Company analysis requests are retained indefinitely as part of our operational database but contain no personal information.

We offer a free weekly newsletter — the AI Disruption Digest — that summarises the week's biggest score changes, newly tracked companies, and top movers across industries.

What we collect: Only your email address. No name, location, or other personal information is required.

Lawful basis: Consent. You opt in voluntarily by submitting the signup form. You may withdraw consent at any time.

How we use it: Solely to send the weekly AI Disruption Digest. We will never use your email address for any other purpose without your separate, explicit consent.

Who processes it: Email delivery is handled by Beehiiv (beehiiv.com). Your email address is stored on their servers and subject to their privacy policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with any other third party.

Unsubscribe: Every newsletter email contains a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also email us at hello@aidisrupt.fyi to be removed. We will process removal requests within 5 business days.

Data retention: Your email address is retained for as long as you remain subscribed. Upon unsubscribing, your email is marked inactive in Beehiiv and will not receive further emails. You may request permanent deletion by contacting us.

CAN-SPAM & GDPR compliance: Every email identifies aidisrupt.fyi as the sender, includes a valid physical mailing address (provided via Beehiiv), and includes a clear unsubscribe mechanism. EU/UK subscribers have rights under GDPR to access, correct, or erase their data — contact us to exercise these rights.

Future monetization: We may in the future include clearly labelled sponsored content within the newsletter (e.g., "Sponsored" sections). We will never sell your email address to sponsors or third parties. If we introduce paid newsletter tiers, participation will always be voluntary.
